Big sign in the window: "any footlong, £. until th January"I am sold, I haven't used Subway since an UberEats delivery of a cheese footlong with no cheese because they had run out of cheese (no refund was ever issued).So I walk in, enquire about the offer, I am told I need to download the app. I download the app, order my food, it is prepared, I am looking forward to it and and go to pay. After scanning the QR code on my app, I am told the offer is not on my account. The member of staff says there was nothing she can do because it might take days for the offer to show on my account. This is information probably would have been more useful if received before the point ordering...Anyway, the outcome was that the sub was put in the bin, and I got lunch from elsewhere.A little bit of extra info, the member of staff was cleaning when I walked in, that was fine, but when I was ready to order it took her at least minutes to stop cleaning and go behind the counter.

Walked in the shop with my friend and the man manager servicing he was very rude and after we had are salad with my friend my friend need it her phone charged bit we asked manger if he can quickly put my phone in charge for couple minutes he refused it but very rude way staff are nice but the manager is very rude I don't recommend anyone to go there

I've previously had good things to say about this subway but this time was awful I had a breakfast wrap which I generally have it microwaved for secs. The man who made my wrap must of done it for mins its was like eating plastic toy food! And the service was awful he almost threw the wrap at me didn't offer a napkin or heatproof box.
